services. It will allow an organisation
to remotely manage servers such
as Web, Email, DNS, Proxy (including

via a standard web browser. It
also has a built-in Firewall and
routing capability with NAT support
either on a dedicated (leased-line,
DSL etc.) or a dial-up Internet/Intranet/LAN
connection. A significant advantage
of this product is that it is
free of user-based licensing hence
there will be no incremental costs
and costs only a fraction of other

| EASYfax™
- email-to-fax solution will enable
you to send email with a MS Office
attachment to be received as a
fax message for people who do
not have email access. Our system
will capture the email message
and convert it to a format to
be sent as a fax message. This
message will then be sent via
fax by utilizing a Data/Fax modem
attached to the server. The user’s
signature can be scanned and attached
to the above document to provide
legality to the document. For
fax messages to be received, your
current fax line needs to be connected
to the fax modem instead of the
fax machine. Our system will detect
the incoming faxes, convert them
to PDF files and send the fax
messages as email attachments
to predetermined email addresses.
It also has the fax broadcast
feature and redirection of email
based on senders phone number,
with a browser based configuration
tool. |
